Streetlighting maintenance and upgrades
Qualified to work on the Hawke’s Bay streetlighting network with OS1010 credentials for Unison network access. We partner with roading and infrastructure contractors and developers to install and commission new streetlights. We currently hold the Central Waikato State Highway Streetlighting Maintenance Contract for NZTA, delivering scheduled inspections, condition grading, preventative maintenance, LED upgrades, pole replacements and electrical testing.
Traffic signals and safety systems
Installation and maintenance of traffic signals, electronic warning signs and CCTV across state highways and local roads. Our scope includes asset management, RAMM reporting and rapid callouts in coordination with network operators and stakeholders.
Electronic warning systems
Servicing and support across Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, Bay of Plenty, East Waikato, West Waikato, Marlborough and central regions. Solutions include school zone signs, truck detection systems and RIAWS (Rural Intersection Active Warning Systems) to improve safety at high-risk locations.
Plant and equipment
Specialist fleet including hydrovac, lifting gear and mobile lighting systems to support efficient deployment.
Hydrovac excavation
Non-destructive digging around underground services for safe pole installation, utility exposure and sensitive sites where traditional excavation poses risk.
Mobile variable message signs
Maintenance and servicing of mobile VMS fleets nationwide on behalf of key infrastructure providers, supporting roadworks, emergencies and major events with real-time alerts and detour information.
Emergency response and rapid deployment
Proven capability during major events such as Cyclone Gabrielle, restoring critical infrastructure and supporting Civil Defence operations across Hawke’s Bay.
Asset management and reporting
RAMM and digital workflows to track asset condition, schedule maintenance and provide transparent reporting for lifecycle planning and budget forecasting.
Capability and Compliance
Traffic management: STMS Cat A and B trained teams managing TMPs, pedestrian control and site safety with internal and external audits.
