Founded by Managing Director Cameron Darwen, Direct Earth is powered by a dedicated leadership team, skilled tradespeople, and a committed operations and administration team who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We also have an in-house Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Co-ordinator who ensures our work is safe, compliant, and aligned with best practice standards.

What We Do
We complete over 8,500 jobs annually across Hawke’s Bay, Tairāwhiti, Bay of Plenty, Taranaki, and Marlborough. Our services include:
Facility Management– End-to-end solutions with ISO-certified systems, smart job tracking, and a skilled team across trades.
Building Services – Residential renovations and commercial maintenance including painting.
Electrical Services – Industrial, commercial, and residential installations, including air conditioning and emergency callouts.
Plumbing Services – Hot water systems, drain laying, drain cleaning, and certified gas fitting.
Infrastructure – Design, supply, and maintenance of electronic warning signs and bespoke traffic systems. Streetlighting and hydrovac excavation.
Machine Maintenance – Commercial laundry and hospitality equipment servicing, plus supply and servicing of paint-tinting machinery throughout New Zealand
